Phyl, Paul and Family — So sorry to hear about your Mom, Phyl. If I had known a few hours sooner I would have been there to pay my respects Thurs. Unfortunately I didn’t read my e-mail soon enough because my brother Rich had seen the online obit. I guess I’ll have to start reading the obits because another friend lost her Mom just a week before your Mom passed.
Sincerely ~
Helen Steinnagel
Momma my love, I need to say this to you,
My love for you will always be true.
You made our family, you made us as one,
Our love for you will never ever be done.
A Matriarch means that you rule over us,
When you would speak there was hardly a fuss.
You were the glue that held us together,
We promise to you, together forever
You held us together was what you would do,
Your Congress St home is what that was you.
Your home was a place that we all could go,
If we needed to go there you never said no.
From skating to parties you never did stall,
Your home was for us come one and come all.
You raised us, you made us, with all with would you do,
Now its our time to say thank you to you.
My Mother, my life I wish unto you,
Your dreams for your children will all soon come true.
You cared for us like no one can say,
We’ll love you mom in every way.
My heart has been broken, and all I can say,
Your children will miss you each and every day.
Robert Louis Redman
Timmy,
So sorry to hear about your mom. She was a sweet lady. You and your family were lucky to have her for so long although I’m sure you don’t feel it was long enough.
